About EUROSON LATINO

EUROSON LATINO WORLD SALSA CHAMPIONSHIP is the world's largest dance championship, offering shows, competitions, workshops, concerts, and learning experiences for all attendees. These terms and conditions apply to all passes purchased for the event.

Special Workshops

• Special workshops take place outside competition hours.
• They are included in the FULL PASS; NOT included in the NIGHT PASS.
• NIGHT PASS holders receive a 10% discount on special workshops.
• To register for a workshop or upgrade your NIGHT PASS to FULL PASS, email info@eurosonlatino.com.mx.

Pass Transfers

The pass holder may transfer, donate, or sell their VIP PASS, FULL PASS, NIGHT PASS, or CONCERT PASS to another person at any time at no charge, provided there is a justified cause and the transfer is reported to info@eurosonlatino.com.mx before the start of the championship.

However, the transfer, donation, or sale of a pass will immediately eliminate any introductory pricing discount. If the original holder registers again, they will be required to pay the regular rate.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds or returns are available for any purchased pass. Only transfers are accepted, with the following fee (applicable whether the pass is reserved or fully paid):

No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed. All transfers, donations, or sales must be reported by email to info@eurosonlatino.com.mx.

Presale Policy

• Passes are offered in presale stages with special pricing for a limited time.
• Each presale stage has a specific expiration date.
• If the pass holder does not complete full payment before the active presale expires, the pass will be automatically upgraded to the next presale price tier.
• Upon upgrade, all benefits and the special pricing of the previous presale stage are permanently lost.
• The system applies the upgrade automatically when the deadline passes.
• To avoid the upgrade, the pass must be fully paid within the active presale period.
